Time for the plan again. It has gotten to the point where even the kiddos look forward to having a menu plan posted. I love it.
Monday (beef)

Breakfast: sunbutter muffins, green smoothie
Lunch: brisket
Dinner: lemon shrimp pasta, broccoli
Wednesday (turkey)
Breakfast: sweet potato hash over quinoa
Lunch: with Dad
Dinner: turkey a la king, mixed veg
Thursday (vegan)
Breakfast: turkey sausage, roasted cinnamon squash
Lunch: beans and weenies
Dinner: with Dad
Friday (pork)
Breakfast: cinnamon bread with sunbutter, green smoothie
Lunch: hummus and veggies
Dinner: ham, mashed potatoes, peas
Saturday (beef)
Breakfast: pork sausage, Harvest saute
Lunch: ham
Dinner: burgers, fries, green beans
Sunday (fish)
Breakfast: cranberry apple coffee cake
Lunch: with Dad
Dinner: with Dad
